Terms and Conditions

If after booking you cancel your Holiday the following will apply

Cancellations Once a booking has been confirmed a 25% charge of the full cost of the booking will be made on cancellation

Cancellations less than 2 weeks before arrival will be charged 50% of the full price.

Cancellations made less than 72hrs before arrival will be charged 100% of the full price.

We will always do our best to re-sell the room,

if we are succesful you will incurr no charge.

We strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance.

Please note for the dining room we do not allow Shorts to be worn and no Football colours are allowed in the Hotel ,also we do not accept pets.
