The Grant carpet leads its way through from the bar into the restaurant and the historical theme continues. Antique rifles adorn the walls, a little piece of history from the times of Culloden, also a hotel bill from 1891 is displayed on the wall. 
 
 
 
 
 
At Glenmoriston Arms we want to ensure that your dining experience is memorable for all of the right reasons.
We strive to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and our service style is attentive but relaxed.
We source all our produce locally where possible and use only recognised, reputable suppliers.
 
To complement our A la Carte Menu we also have a choice of daily Specials to tempt you even more.
Hamish our Chef is happy to accommodate dietary requirements and special requests (within reason ofcourse) so please just ask.
 
Everything we serve here is from Scotland's larder and our menu
includes Aberdeen Angus Beef, West Coast Haddock, Scottish Smoked  and Fresh Salmon, Orkney Cheese and when available our very own Glenmoriston Estate Venison, Pheasant and Partridge.
Traditional Scottish favourites like haggis, black pudding and skirlie are also present either as a stand alone dish or to complement another.
 
 
Our homemade desserts include Fruit Crumble, Tangy Lemon Cheesecake and Hamish's traditional Clootie Dumpling.
We have a choice of coffees and teas and ofcourse a large range of fine malt whiskies to finish in style! 
 
We are open to non residents for Lunch from 12.30 until 2.30pm and Dinner from 5.30pm until 8.30pm. These times are based on the high season and are subject to change.
The Hotel is closed from 22nd January until 1st March 2012.

Comments: What a brilliant hotel. We had never been to Scotland and stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, what lovely scenery all around but the hotel itself was brilliant.
